ISOFOAMER  Characteristics:

1- Isofoamer 1000  (3 in 1) have three parts.

The Upper Tanks  produce FOAM  and the Lower Chamber  for mixing water , cement ,sand

and the pump to transport final product to requested surface.

2-. The foam generator powered by an  electric air compressor revolves

     at  1400 RPM.

3- The lower chamber blending arm revolves at 50 RPM.

4- Attached to the upper tanks chemical feed tank which contain the

    correct chemical dosage.

5- Attached to the lower chamber is a water feed tank which contains the

     correct dosage of water for each concrete production cycle.

6- Isofoamer 500 & 1000 (3 in 1) are mounted on 4 pneumatic wheels  with one Spare, it is easily disassembled  into 4  parts which can be readily hoisted to roof tops and re-assembled for on-the-spot operations.

 P.S. The maximum speed to reach while pulling  Isofoamer is 25 to 30 KM/Hour.
